There is an amazing walkway past the marina and into the mangroves and then through some forest to the main road - about half hour walk to town which is a horrible dirty town with huge American style trucks. John managed to sort out his parents' Cass payment from a dodgy Internet cafe in town. We walked down along the river and sat in the launch jetty area but decided it was too long to wait for our free launch so we walked back - very hot and sticky - then Moira went to scrub her sandals with her toothbrush and toothpaste - interesting concept of mentholated athletes foot - turned out she found some hot water and some hand wash - so slightly less mentholated feet tomorrow - hope she knows her toothbrushes from her foot brushes
We got our washing back already - the joy of a clean fleece!
We visited the coach company and found it is around£10 for our trip on a coach to Flores -wondering whether we can find enough to occupy ourselves here or may go north earlier. Met a couple of English who did Copan for a day- John would like to go....
The entrance on the landslide to our hotel is great - along the wobbly wobbly way - past the oropendulan and their weaver bird type nests
